WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Have you received your order and the product is not to your liking? No problem, just send us an email and ask us for a return code: shop@detoilescasiope.com

Don’t wait too long, as a return should be send back to us within 14 days. You will receive your money back as long as the article you send back is in same state as we have sent it to you. The article should not have been worn, and should be returned in orginal packaging with hangtags .

Yes, you can order over the phone or via email: shop@detoilescasiope.com if you don’t wish to order through our webshop. Just let uw know which article you would like to order. We will send you an email with payment details. Once we have received your payment, we will send your order. 

 

CAN I BUY D’ETOILES CASIOPE IN A SHOP?

Yes, just send us an email to find the nearest shop.

Oh no is your size sold out?!  Not to worry, please send us an email to shop@detoilescasiope.com and we will make sure we send you a notification when the article comes back in stock.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you can.

Have you placed your order on a working day, please contact our customer service  ASAP at shop@detoilescasiope.com to see if your order is not yet being processed and can still be cancelled.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?

Due to security reasons, it’s not possible to change your delivery address after placing your order.
